Below is a copy of the store’s policy for Bridal returns.  If  you have any questions, please call, email or come by the store.  We look forward to hearing from you.

    Please return gifts within 60 days from the date of your wedding to receive credit.  This credit may be used toward any item of your choice.  Gift cards should also be returned within that same sixty-day period with instructions to order or credit the gift card items.  Your signature is required on each gift card.  Gift cards will be credited after the sixty-day period if your instructions are not received.

    Examine gifts upon receipt for any signs of damage.  Damaged gifts should be returned immediately.  If the item was damaged and delivered by UPS, please retain all packaging materials and call UPS for return instructions.  Please return all gifts in a box with the tan return card.  Each item in a box should be wrapped individually with tissue and bubble wrap to protect the merchandise.  If you use stickers to identify your gifts, please remove them prior to your appointment.

    All special orders and approved gift cards are final sales and are non-returnable.  We look forward to assisting you further.  To save you time, please call for an appointment to return your gifts.  Advance notice of your arrival allows us to prepare the necessary reports prior to your visit.  We appreciate your confidence in Babcock Gifts’ tradition of service.
